President Hakainde Hichilema has called on all Zambians, regardless of political affiliation, to unite in building the nation.
He emphasized that the UPND is an inclusive party with room to accommodate everyone, including former critics.
Speaking during a vibrant interaction with the youths of Kabwata Constituency, the President urged citizens to work together through commitment and collective action.
“This is not a rally; it’s an inspection of our structures,” said the President.
He hailed the turnout at Woodlands Stadium as a sign of the party’s growing strength ahead of the 2026 elections.
President Hichilema has since called on youths to register as voters ahead of the 2026 general elections.
Despite a packed national schedule, President Hichilema prioritized grassroots mobilization by attending the Kabwata event.
“UPND is a party with many rooms, and everyone is welcome and accommodated,” he said.
Highlighting achievements, the President cited debt restructuring, free education, and restored law and order as fulfilled promises.
“Our loyalty to the youth is not in words, but in what we are doing for them,” said the president.
The endorsement of President Hichilema by PF MP Davison Mung’andu further underscored the UPND’s broad appeal and inclusive vision.
